One-Hour Cocktail Receptions served in place of a meal start at $20++ per person and increase based on duration of event and menu selections. All prices are based on a 75 guest minimum and are subject to Florida state sales tax and service charge. We couldn't possibly list everything we do so if you don't see it, please ask!
Crisp Romaine with Kalamata Olives, Shaved Parmesan, Croutons in a Creamy Caesar Dressing. Romaine Wedge with Marinated Tomatoes, Kalamata Olives, Gorgonzola Crumbles and Red Onion with a Blue Cheese Dressing and Balsamic Glaze. Mixed Baby Greens with Mandarin Oranges, Goat Cheese and Pignoli Nuts with a Raspberry Vinaigrette.
At G3 Catering, we are motivated to suit your needs for themed menus to pair with your themed affair! Our brunch catering offers a wide variety of breakfast favorites. Eggs any way you like, breakfast sandwiches, pancakes, quiche, waffles, French toast, fresh fruit, yogurt and fruit parfaits, fresh baked danish, muffins, scones, bagel display with lox and assorted cream cheeses, bacon, ham, sausage, canadian bacon, assorted juices, coffee, and tea.

Working with many vendors, I can say with all honesty, that working with G3 is a true pleasure, while in the midst of planning events, big and small, Mike, Karen and the entire G3 crew, always make things run smooth and professional. Incredible food, display, and staff! My family and our guests could not say enough positive things about the g3 team and their delicious food for my sisters baby shower! Karen and Kayla were so helpful with creating the perfect menu and helped us talk through different options to work for the time and occasion. Karen and her team at G3 are absolutely amazing! We had them cater our brunch wedding and all guests had rave reviews about the food as well as the staff. Our reception went so seamlessly with their help. Bonnie was the head staff member at our event and we received so many compliments from our guests regarding Bonnie by name. WOW! What more can we say? The food was delicious and the service was excellent! All of the guests at my daughters wedding were impressed. The setup and display at the cocktail hour, and at the buffet dinner, was beautifully presented and the staff was so very helpful. G3 Catering went above and beyond to make this day special! G3 Catering is probably the Best Catering Companies I have ever used. Karen and Mike are so great to work with. They are very accommodating, understanding and flexible! The food is by far the best I have had from a caterer. They just catered a party for a friends 70th Birthday party and the food was amazing! Cooked perfectly (had chicken and filet) and displayed beautifully on the plate. Everyone raved about the food and the service. The wait staff is very professional and go out of their way to make sure your needs are taken care of and that the party runs smoothly!

Best food ever! You cannot talk about our wedding without talking about the food! From the cocktail hour to the sundae bar and the dinner in between, simply outstanding. Used G3 for our at-home engagement party and was blown away by the quality and taste of the food, the professionalism of the staff and their attentiveness to our every need. They arrived on-site two hours before our guests arrived to heat some of the food items and prep the food displays and stations. Then the servers worked at our party for 2.5 hours (Kayla and Amanda). After about two hours, they broke down the displays and chafing dishes, and "re-displayed" the food on my counter in such a beautiful fashion in disposable tin pans so we could continue to enjoy the food even after

Karen and everyone at G3 was awesome! Karen sat with us and pretty much said she can make almost anything we want and did just that! She helped design a delicious, personalized menu for our wedding, even preparing my husbands favorite appetizer for cocktail hour from our family recipe. Very reasonably priced, very accommodating, and excellent service the night of the wedding. And EVERYONE commented on how great the food was! Everyone. Would definitely hire again. 10 stars!

I can't say enough great things about G3 Catering! They provided me with an outstanding holiday dinner, and they were a pleasure to work with! Karen Gravala (owner) was professional, efficient, and she gave great suggestions on choosing the menu. The food was delivered on time, set up with nice card-holder descriptions, and everything tasted delicious!
