At our two Milwaukee, WI Yoga Studios, Healium Hot Yoga and Healium Restore, we strive to offer our community a place that is full of light and laughter, where students of all fitness levels can come together to move, sweat, and feel good.

We are excited to offer a hands-on, in-depth, Teacher Training Program here at Healium Hot Yoga! This program is a Yoga Alliance Approved 200 Hour and EAB approved Teacher Training Program.
