Spring mix lettuce, fresh carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, a boiled egg, turkey, provolone, and served with a house-made roll. Served with your choice of dressing: Italian, honey mustard, bleu cheese, ranch, Dorothy Lynch, light balsamic vinaigrette, or thousand island. Special recipe white albacore tuna salad, served on a bed of leaf lettuce with a side of fruit, a house-made roll and provolone cheese.
