This place is terrible at communicating. We came as a family in DECEMBER to do an activity with ceramics with our grandkids who live on the east coast. The ceramics were supposed to fired and sent. we have repeatedly tried to follow up by phone and email multiple time without the courtesy of a reply. It has been 4 months. If thats the way you want to be treated as a customer, this is the place for you.

We had a team off-site and it turned out nice and fun! We could choose our pottery to paint under a certain budget so everyone did what they wanted. I really recommend it and may come back with friends! Thank you!

Fantastic place to paint pottery! They charge by the piece instead of making you pay for studio time, they do baby handprints in clay, glass fusion, and have a great staff.

It has been over 8 months, and my order is still not complete. Calls are not returned. When I call and there is no one to pick up the phone, I can't leave a message as the voice mail box is full. It has been a frustrating experience, and we are in the process of requesting a full refund.

We've held several large group events here on short notice, and they have been incredibly accommodating and welcoming. They are organized and helpful, and have a huge variety of projects to choose from. It's a fun place to spend and afternoon and I highly recommend it!
