Out of Date Tobacco Returns
Report
Brenham Wholesale is currently accepting stale tobacco returns on selected manufacturer's products. You can also call the Customer Care Department @ 800-392-4869 to report the quantity of product you will be returning. If you have any questions or concerns about what products can be returned please contact your Tobacco Sales Representative.
Reclamation Forms
Report
The Reclamation Center (RC) will only accept and process damaged and otherwise unsalable product for established customers with a WEEKLY or BI-WEEKLY PURCHASE HISTORY. Damaged/Unsalable product must have been distributed from the Brenham Wholesale warehouse. A good definition of "damaged merchandise" is product which is broken, crushed, dented, underfilled, overfilled, leaking, or has a damaged or missing label.
Become a Supplier

All the fields are required except the ones that are marked as optional ** Federal Tax ID is required. Be advised the name and Federal Tax Id should be the official information on the file with the IRS. Should you change your business operations and create a new entity/FEID#, you will be required to set up a new supplier account with Brenham Wholesale.
