Wanted to leave a review after having a successful repair and experience with Air Tech 24. Cyrus went out of his way to explain each step of the repair and was very honest about the whole process. Although my AC had a very tricky leak on an older unit he was able to repair it for the time being. My AC is on its last leg but he was straight forward about my options and the risks of repairing vs buying a new unit. I feel I was able to make the best choice for the time being. My AC and it is working great and I'm grateful to him. Thank you Air Tech 24!

Technician, Cyrus , came over at the time I was told . Actually a little earlier, which was great. Checked out our system, figured out the problem and gave me an estimate. Had to return because part had to be ordered. Didnt have to pay the full amount till job was completed. Returned as soon as he got the part. Kept me posted on what was going on. He returned to do the work with another technician and I was impressed on how tidy and clean everything was once they left. Never had anyone go in and out of attic and not leave a mess. I asked Cyrus if I could call my husband at work so he could explain

We were trying to figure out why our furnace was not staying on and it took 3 HVAC Companies to figure it out. 3rd time was a charm with Cyrus at Air Tech 24 on a Saturday afternoon. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained the issues in a way that the others could not. He got it fixed and we are all happy campers. He will be my go to now!

I highly recommend 24 hour heating and air conditioning Inc. This group is extremely professional, highly knowledgeable, and genuinely sincere in their customer service. Cyrus and his team came in, inspected our unit, explained what work needed to be done, and wrote up a proposal on the spot. Within a week they arrived on time of our scheduled appointment, and competed the job in a timely fashion. Each member of his team was courteous professional and diligent in their work. I would like to say that we need more businesses like this! Extremely professional, honest, and prompt! Had a couple of bids before where the competitors (branded companies) were charging twice as much for half of the service. When I made my appointment for a service call, a gentleman by the name of Cyrus stopped by to inspect the AC unit. He explained everything after the inspection and gave out a quote for the service. He explained everything that needed to be done in detail and explained the timeframe for the parts that needed to be ordered. All I can say he overdelivered his promises and provided
