Michael has spent the past fourteen years in the banking industry. As a Business Banking Officer, Michael helped many small business owners and property investors maximize profits by analyzing financial statements and then providing a detailed financial plan to increase cash flow and control expenses.

RESERVATION PROCEDURES: To reserve a property a holding deposit in the amount of $500 is required. This holding deposit is non-refundable at time of receipt and will only be refunded if applications are not approved.

My friend lives with this property management and they are some of the most irresponsible and unreliable management ever. She was locked out and tried to call multiple times to no answer. They do not care about their tenets. The apartment has cockroaches which they have informed management about multiple times and they will not do anything about it. She would have never moved in there if she had know this. Do not move there.

As a fencing contractor, I had been contracted to install some fencing by the owner of a property next to one that Blue Oak manages. After the work was done and it was time to get paid, the person that I was dealing with informed me that I had to contact Blue Oak for half of the cost. Although I had a signed contract with one person and that person is legally responsible for payment, I thought I would go ahead and contact Blue Oak to see if they would be willing to pay me. So far my experience with them has been very professional and I've had no negativel responses.

I’ve been renting through Blue Oak for 3 years. Pete in maintenance has been my hero multiple times, from broken stoves to door locks to damaged roofs. He always does a thorough job and puts in extra time to make sure it gets done correctly. Overall, Blue Oak has been responsive to any needs I have and they clearly try to take care of their tenants.

They don’t care about their tenants whatsoever. The only care they have is making money. They tried to make us throw away a washer that was in our rental and said they would charge us if we didn’t throw it away. Additionally, the washer is as already faulty when we moved into the rental. My friends who lived with them almost sued them as well for never replacing materials in the house that they promise they would have. I highly suggest never renting from them. Please do not rent from them.

When Pete came to fix the fridge I showed him what I pulled out of the garbage disposal he knew exactly what was wrong. I really appreciated how knowledgeable our maintenance man was. We made an appointment right then and there and he told me the whole process and that my garbage disposal was going to replaced completely. It was so fast and easy I really enjoyed my experience. Super awesome service.
