Michael is a graduate of California State University, Chico. He earned a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. Michael has spent the past fourteen years in the banking industry. As a Business Banking Officer, Michael helped many small business owners and property investors maximize profits by analyzing financial statements and then providing a detailed financial plan to increase cash flow and control expenses.

Blue Oak Property Management is a full service residential property management company that has deep roots in the Chico community. We are small enough to provide hands-on customer service but large enough to meet all your management needs. We understand that owning and managing your investment properties is time and labor intensive.

RESERVATION PROCEDURES: To reserve a property a holding deposit in the amount of $500 is required. This holding deposit is non-refundable at time of receipt and will only be refunded if applications are not approved.

Pet screening All potential pets are individually and thoroughly screened using a 3rd party vendor including all pet information, pictures, vaccination records, microchip information and applicant signed affidavits.Comprehensive applicant screening process We screen credit, rental history, landlord verification, evictions, criminal background, identity, employment, income and pets.

Tired of dealing with the hassle of rent collection? Your residents have the option of making their rent payments online by ACH or credit card. Likewise, our payments to you each month are electronically transferred directly to your bank account. Trips to the bank: a thing of the past! Want to pull a copy of the lease your tenants signed?
