Was very excited to try this place out with my friend who is trying out tanning for her wedding later this year. We got to the salon 5 minutes prior to our appointment time (hers was 10:45, mine was 11) to find the door locked and no one inside. After knocking, ringing the bell, and calling several times, I was finally able to get a hold of someone on the phone. I explained that we had been standing outside in 90 degree heat for over 15 mins (an entire appointment time) and no one was inside or answering the door.
