I read the reviews before coming and it made me skeptical about choosing this location but Im glad I didnt let it scare me away, a lot of people were saying everyone was rude here, everyone I came in contact with was very nice and patient especially the counselor she wore glasses and was light skin wish I knew her name but she was the best . The ultrasound lady was nice enough to me give a copy of the ultrasound. The overall experience was good wait times are kinda obsolete but you can expect that especially on a Friday so make sure your schedule is clear . I got here around 8:15am ish and

I rate them 5 Stars! Ive never had any problems with them.. i haven't delt with No Rude Staff At All... the wait time it might be long dont get me wrong. but the job gets done I've been 2 times and never had a problem with anyone or the staff don't get me wrong i was mad to about getting there at 8am and leaving after closing time but dang yall don't realize it's other people getting abortions. Some people are different Either not complain or go to another one.. Sorry I'll sit and be patient idc how many hours I have to wait I'm waiting

The clinic is well organized and ran. From the time I made my appointment Sasha was more than accommodating to my situation. She went over and beyond to help me. The front desk staff was pleasant and efficient with the process especially Sarah. The sono tech, lab tech (Adrien the Administrator) health ed as well as finance were very pleasant and professional. The entire back office staff made me feel safe and comfortable like I mattered. I'm more than appreciative of this clinic, the staff, as well as the work they do. I'm sure it isn't easy to deal with angry, hurt, and rude clients but this team

Honestly the worst experience a clinic staff has ever offered me. Sarah and Olivia at the front desk upon arrival gave a rude and unwelcoming greeting. Couldnt even bring my small purse inside which held my payment method and drivers license for some odd reason which they refused to explain after I asked twice. While sitting in the waiting room I could easily hear Sarah (in particular) and other employees gossiping about patients private information. At one point even heard Sarah questioning my nausea concern to water when I only had told my nurse privately in a separate room. Overall the

2/5 because my first experience was horrible, the lady who answered the phone named Sarah was so rude. She will talk over you & I dont understand that because why would the patient not have anything necessary to say? Abortions are hard to go through. I think all the staff could be more nice. I get they might be tired of the repetitive daily routine but guess what, find a job you like. When you work in a clinic you need to be nice. I wouldve gave a 3/5 but Sarah is the reason its a 2.
