I am Brek Lancaster, originally from Jackson, Tennessee and now teach Guitar Lessons in Grapevine, Texas. I started playing guitar at age 12 and since then I have studied, rehearsed and performed guitar in some form or capacity. My studies include Music Theory, Literature, Composition, Ear Training and Piano with emphasis on Rock, Blues, Jazz and Classical guitar.
I have had the opportunity to work with both acoustic and electric, original and cover bands in the Dallas/Ft Worth area. For 9 years I performed, recorded and toured with Dallas based Celtic Rock band, The Killdares. Thank you for your interest in guitar lessons. I offer both Acoustic and Electric to all ages!

Brek Lancaster began playing guitar at the age of 12 in his native Jackson, Tennessee (home of Carl Perkins, Mr. "Blue Suede Shoes" himself). Exposed to his first rock concert at the age of 7, he was immediately drawn to the guitar in all forms and fashion. Since then he has played in a variety of musical settings and genres, from Classical to Jazz to Renaissance to his beloved Rock n' Roll.
