I was told this morning that they didnt have the software to work on my 2016 Mack. Only six months ago they did work on the same truck for similar issues. As I walked out I noticed several Volvos parked there for service. Ive since learned there is a new service manager who apparently doesnt know that they are the same thing. Who knows what else he doesnt know.

This is the best place to take your BIG Rig. Lisa and Ken are amazing! Whole staff is great! Just had my ac go out on my new KW....had it fixed in a couple of hours. Reasonable price, great service, free trucker hats, popcorn and candy....love it!
