Search Available Rentals

We care about our tenants and manage nice homes owned by landlords who maintain the rental properties. We love our tenants and ensure that they will love their landlord. We only deal with higher-end and higher-end homeowners. We hand select homes that fit our inspection processes and take safety/security/functionality personally.
Qualifying

We care about our tenants and manage nice homes owned by landlords who maintain the rental properties. We like to be upfront about what we're looking for so you can self-qualify before submitting an application and paying the required fee which is $50 per adult. All adults living at the property must apply.
Moving In
Report
We require all tenants to obtain rental insurance on their property with a minimum coverage of $10,000. This ensures tenants contents are covered. If during your assessment you find anything that needs maintenance, please submit a maintenance request through your online tenant account. We want you to enjoy your new home and will work with you to ensure the property is well maintained.
Property Management
Report
For higher priced work orders, we will need immediate payment to reimburse us for vendor pay. These funds need to be quickly sent, we prefer Zelle pay through your bank. Stressing our in house maintenance dept saves you money and helps our tenants with fast repairs. I can't express how much help and admiration I have for the crew at DFW Rent Houses.
