Raquel is the proud owner of Platinum Affairs in Plainview, New York. Raquel started out in pastry school, following in the footsteps of her grandmother who was a professional chef. She obtained her degree in Culinary Arts and Baking & Pastry. The precision and perfection that she learned through baking led to her full event service business.
