My experience was not the best but the outcome was fantastic! I want to shout out to Wesley for his great customer service and making sure I left a satisfied customer! I had a remote starter installed and had issues with other things not working aftet the installation. I called, and they quick said bring it in. Since they couldn't figure out the issue Wesley went above and beyond to figure out the issue and got it resolved. It took a few attemps but is done. He was apologetic and who can be mad at someone who is doing their best to fix the problem. Thank you Wesley!

Took my truck in for a remote start and backup camera install. Picked out a remote called Python which is made by viper apparently. I was told to install my radio which I bought from amazon, the remote start and backup camera would be 700ish. I picked up my truck which now has a compustar remote start which online is $60.00 dollars at most and a back up camera that is no more than $100.00
My point is that if you pick out and buy a product then have a lesser quality brand installed and not what you picked out and no one from the company informs you of the what or why IT'S bad business.

Purchased a remote start in November to give as a gift for Christmas, and scheduled the install for the week after Christmas. Was told it would take 2-3 hours but the install actually only took about an hour. Josh (the installer) was fast, polite, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to give excellent service. I'd recommend this shop, and especially Josh to anyone.

Definitely not good.....
Called to schedule a 2 way remote start and was told it was $350. My daughter took the car over and they installed cheapo 1 way. Originally they said 1 way was $250 and 2 way was $350 but they charged $280 for the 1 way. When I called them they said they could swap from the 2 way but then the price jumped to $400. On top of it all they messed up the wiring and now the brake light is on... Avoid this place.

Buyer Beware! I emailed and got a 25% off code then went in store to get a quote. The tech was very nice and gave me a ballpark estimate. I talked with Moe who said the 25% off would just be installation which was different from what the tech said. I left and got another email from Moe (form email) which I replied asking for a line item quote with how the discount was applied. I never received a reply. Very fishy.
