I really enjoyed the pizza business and knew right away that I would like to own a pizzeria someday. Soon, I learned how to cook pizzas and then became a manager. I worked there for about 5 years, quit and did construction for a while, but, I always wanted to get back into the pizza business. In 1983, the Lord created an opportunity for me to acquire my own pizzeria.
