We provide online auctions, traditional in-person sales, appraisals, consignment options, and complete property clean-outs. All services include free initial consultations.
How do online auctions work?
We catalog items with professional photos, host 10-day auctions, and handle payment processing. Winning bidders pick up items during scheduled times. Sellers receive payment within seven business days.
Do you serve areas outside Northern Virginia?
While our primary focus is Northern Virginia, we consider out-of-area consultations for large estates or special circumstances. Additional logistics planning may apply.
What items can I sell on consignment?
We accept jewelry, vehicles, collectibles, furniture, art, and specialty items. Our appraisers evaluate items to determine market potential before accepting consignments.

I have used EZDownsizing both as a buyer, but more importantly, also as a seller doing a self-managed auction sale using their platform. It worked great. My auction lots showed well on the site, and the owner was super helpful as I had questions. I'm already planning on another later in 2022.
