They do not deliver their product on time. I had to call the day after one item was to be completed. I asked about another item I was to pick up in a few days. The person on the phone blew me off stating it may take another week.
Picked up my framing which which cost $275.00. I received coupons in the mail on 7/30/22. Picked up my framed work on 7/28/21. I phoned to see if they would honor the for $40.00 off since it had only been 2 days. No I was told. But, if you bring in the coupon next time we will honor it. There will be no next time. Very poor business relations.

Have had 4 cross stitched pieces framed here, on 2 different occasions. Staff is very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Pieces were all completed in less than 10 days. Prices comparable to other framing shops.

The only place you will ever trust for your framing needs. The owners are highly skilled and will deliver product beyond expectations. In addition to framing, they sell the coolest gifts you will not find anywhere! Perfect for Christmas gift ideas. Highly recommend!
