Dr. Jeffrey Pantano received his undergraduate education in Psychology at Salve Regina University in Newport, Rhode Island and attended medical school at Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in Independence, Ohio. After graduating in 2016, he completed his residency with Southwestern Vermont Medical Center's Podiatry Residency Program in Bennington, Vermont.

List of current prescriptions and/or over-the-counter medication, including dose and frequency. You are responsible for co-payments or charges that are not covered by your insurance.
