Report
We are committed to providing caring solutions to all of our patients-pediatric through geriatric. Cerumen, or earwax, can be removed from the ear canal so that it does not interfere with listening or comfort, especially for individuals who wear hearing aids. Since the various systems produce different hearing impressions, it is important for you to make a comparison yourself.
Cochlear Implant
Report
Cochlear Implants are often a next solution for our patients, when their hearing aids are not providing enough assistance. Many people start by wearing two hearing aids. However, as hearing loss progresses, you may need something more. To improve your hearing performance and help you understand more clearly, you may need to consider a solution that helps you hear your best with both ears.
Custom Earmolds and Earplugs
Report
Sudden or prolonged exposure to noise can cause damage to your hearing and is one of the leading causes of hearing loss. Hearing loss from prolonged noise exposure is often detected too late, meaning the hearing loss is usually irreversible. Hearing protection is extremely important for anyone who is regularly in a high-noise environment, including target shooters, motorcyclists, pilots, musicians, construction workers and factory workers.
Diagnostic Audiologic Evaluation
Report
If you have been referred for a diagnostic audiologic evaluation, it means that your hearing needs to be further examined. A diagnostic audiologic evaluation may be indicated for individuals who did not pass an initial hearing screening. The evaluation is done to determine if a hearing loss is present and, if so, to detail the type and severity of the hearing loss.
