I had DAI come and do a thorough cleaning in my house at URI. They came last year and did such an awesome job that I wanted them to come back again. They are the most professional group of people, detail oriented, friendly and really take pride in their work. From Max, Tim , Kim and all the workers who came. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I recently had water in my basement due to a pipe bursting. DAI technicians were on site within an hour of my call. The DAI team was swiftly able to mitigate the water disaster, as well as reconstruct all damaged areas. The turn around time was exceptional. Each team member I had the pleasure of speaking with was knowledgeable, friendly, polite, and always on time. All I had to do was generate my initial to call into DAI, and they took care of everything else - from beginning to end. The entire process was quick and seamless.
