The Community College Workforce Alliance (CCWA) is a partnership between John Tyler Community College and Reynolds Community College. We prepare workers in the Greater Richmond region for an ever-evolving, modern workforce. We help jobseekers find the path that is best for them and provide opportunities to earn the skills needed to succeed-which results in employees who are best for employers.
Training for Individuals
