Casimir Bistro is the creation of French-trained chef Laurent & his wife Doris, who were inspired by their passion for fine food and hospitality. Casimir opened in 2007 and offers skillfully crafted and affordable gourmet comfort food using the freshest ingredients. Laurent and Doris have developed a unique and eclectic style that makes Casimir Bistro an exceptional, yet familiar dining experience.
