We're a group of 12 individuals working together as one to provide a Beyond the Expected living experience for our residents and quality housing for the Eagan community. With our combined experience and our unique personalities and skill-sets, we create a super-team of multi-housing professionals! We care about what we do - and who we do it for.
Fees + Policies
Report
An apartment is not considered "off the market" and unavailable to rent to others until we receive a rental application (plus application fee), a signed deposit agreement, and the performance deposit. Small animals continually kept in a cage or aquarium like fish, birds, and other small animals are welcome at no additional charge.
