I am a dedicated, compassionate therapist with almost twenty years of experience in the mental health field. I began my career as a therapist after years of working in healthcare administration and fitness. I loved working in the fitness industry finding my greatest pleasure was hearing the life stories of my clients and helping them achieve their goals.

Tina is a licensed clinical social worker and throughout her career has worked with both children and adults in the mental health field. Tina earned her Bachelor's degree in social work from Elizabethtown College in 2001, then went on to earn a Master's in Social Work degree from Marywood University in 2006.
Cammy Crane

Cammy has been providing compassionate, open and thought-provoking therapy for the past five years. Her general approach is to explore the root of the issue and build upon your strengths to find ways to move forward in life that feel right to you. She uses a variety of therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Rogerian/Humanistic Therapy and Trauma Focused CBT.
