Organized Haven was founded in 2013 by Polk County's first Professional Organizer, Nicole Ramer, when she experienced the overwhelming transition of having her first child. While living in a small home and working 50-60 hours per week with a long daily commute, she faced the challenge of having enough time and space to stay organized and clutter-free.
The company started with the intention of helping others organize through all of life's transitions, but evolved to specialize in helping seniors and busy professionals downsize and move. Now a full-service moving, downsizing and estate clearing company, Organized Haven employs a team of Professional Organizers, Senior Move Managers and Relocation Specialists/Movers.

Our team is lead by Nicole and Danny Ramer, Polk County's only Certified Senior Move Managers. We are A+ Accredited by the National Association of Senior & Specialty Move Managers (NASMM). We are the most experienced professional organizers and move managers in Polk County.
Our team members are NAPO Organizing Specialists in Residential Organizing, Life Transitions, Workplace Productivity, Household Management, Brain-Based Conditions and Team Productivity - fully trained and educated members of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals.
