We love the window shades. I was told that once the batteries wore down all I needed to do was call Jason and he would come and replace them. He arrived within 10 minutes of my call Fortunately I had the batteries and he showed me how to replace them so I could do it myself next time. Great service

Jason Manville of Rendezvous did an outstanding job providing options and installing the curtains for our daughters bedroom. Pricing for the job was fair and reasonable. Highly recommended. We plan to use Rendezvous again.
