This year, Ice Hockey in Harlem will engage 235 Harlem boys and girls by providing full access to a hockey program and enrichment programming. Volunteers are the lifeline of our organization, and they are essential for the success of our program. RINK ASSISTANTS: Practices are held three times a week, with weekend games. Volunteers will check-in players, monitor the bench area, and ensure players and coaches are supported during on-ice activity.

Get Off the Bench fireside chats emphasize the Ice Hockey In Harlem mission of education, inclusivity, citizenship, and mentorship. We engage with a variety of Guests through organic conversation that work towards positive change in the sport of hockey.
