Four Seasons Harmony provides clinical herbalism, Ayurvedic therapies, reiki, and healing arts by Whitney Erwin, M.Ed., LMT. Whitney grew up in the Shenandoah Valley and cherishes serving local communities, friends, family and global communities. We're centrally located at the blossoming Downtown Harrisonburg Ice House building next to Blacks Run in the Ice House Studios.

It is very important for us to humbly create a safe, welcoming practice for healing to people of all faiths, races, genders, socioeconomic backgrounds and walks of life. Infant Massage

For adults and children, we offer a maximum time of 15-minute massage, acupressure, aromatherapy, and herbal treatments only within one hour or ninety minute Holistic Health or Ayurvedic consultations. A series of 3-4 parent education sessions in a private or group setting that by the end teaches the family skills to give their infant an entire full body massage.

Receive personalized, holistic recommendations based on the natural healing system of Ayurveda that has been practiced successfully for thousands of years. Creating within your body, mind, and spirit an optimum environment for healing to take place maximizes your body's ability to heal itself. May include lifestyle adjustments, dietary changes, aromatherapy, yoga, and other natural therapeutics.

We intentionally offer a sliding scale to accommodate a variety of income levels and be inclusive. Pay anything you choose within the provided range. While we do not directly accept insurance, we are delighted to provide itemized invoices for you to resubmit to your company.
