19560 E Walnut Dr. S is an independent preschool/kindergarten and day care center in Rowland Heights, an unincorporated city located in Los Angeles County. It was established in 1988 and acquired by the current owner in August of 2018. The school has served the regional community for over 30 years, earning a great reputation in the area.

Large, open floor plan with a combo living, dining and kitchen area, a beautiful bathroom as well as 2 nicely sized bedrooms, one with a walk-in closet. The unit comes with a separate laundry area. Dion helped us sell our place and buy a new one. He put together a great sale package with professional pictures that really highlighted our home. A couple open houses later, we had 6 offers to chose from. We opened escrow in a matter of weeks.
After we sold our place, we had to move out. BUT we had planned a vacation months before, so were stuck out of the country when escrow closed. Dion helped arrange the move (got us a great price on movers too), and was actually there with our friends and family to help organize the move. He kept an eye on things when we could not.
Overall, he's very responsive

8/1/2016 Our family worked with Dion to purchase our new home in the Glendale hills. We had certain criteria that we needed to hit, as well as a tight deadline and with inventory being as low at is, this wasn't an easy task. Dion worked diligently with us and other realtors in the area to find us our dream home and did it while keeping our budget and requirements in mind. Throughout the escrow process, he kept us informed and proactively addressed any potential problems so that everything would go smoothly. He represented the owners of an awesome building in Los Angeles that I had to have!!
