Yokayo Wine Company Crush and Storage Facility is one of the largest, most modern and versatile facilities for the wine industry in the North Coast. We proudly offer the following, always supported with our committment to excellence. 2.3 million gallons total capacity, ranging in size from 1,000 gallons to 30,000 gallons, with a wide range red and white fermentation tank sizes, gallons, widths and heights, to meet any need.
Our multi-size breakdown system ensures topped tanks during storage periods. All of our tanks have cooling jackets, and insulated tanks are available for long term storage. A 72 foot state certified drive "into and out of" scale makes shipping and transfer quick and efficient, and gives growers documented measurement of all shipments into the facility.
