Hi, my name is Jennifer and I am the founder and owner of OC Learning Solutions. First and foremost, I am a mom to two beautiful girls (almost an empty nester), a wife to my loving, dedicated and supportive husband, and a dog mom to my two rascally dogs, Miller (Maltese) and Emma (Mini Australian Shepard).I left my corporate career many years ago when my own daughter encountered learning challenges.
I became a Certified Dyslexia Tutor to help students not only learn how to read and spell, but to help them gain a sense of accomplishment and success. In this day and age, we can never have enough educational support for our children. I hold a B.S. in Business Management, a certification in Human Resource Management, and of course my certification as a Certified Barton Reading and Spelling Tutor.

We offer one-on-one tutoring in your location or ours. If you live in Orange County, we will do our best to find a tutor who is in your area. Some of our tutors meet at our student's house, some at the tutor's home, and some at the local coffee shop. We will do our best to match you with a tutor who is the best match for you or your student.
Dyslexia

Dyslexia is a specific learning disability caused by a disorder in cognitive (brain) processes. It is characterized by difficulties with accurate and/or fluent word recognition and by poor spelling and decoding abilities. Dyslexia can be seen in a range from mild to severe, can co-exist with other disabilities such as dysgraphia and ADD /ADHD.
