Report
Due to Connecticut state law, all students must obtain a permit in order to start behind the wheel training. Teens can schedule their learner's permit exam ONLINE. Permits will be obtained at your nearest DMV office: Remember to bring a birth certificate, social security card, and address verification (post marked no more than 90 days old ) to the DMV.

When can I start my driving? A. It is strongly recommend that each student complete all (15) classes before driving hours are scheduled. When can I take my test? A. After a minimum of 120 days from obtaining your learner permit and upon completion of the teen full program or 180 days for home trained students a driving test will be scheduled here at Franks Driving school.
