Captain G. is a USCG Licensed captain for over 10 years. He is also a life long local of eastern NC and the Wilmington area. He was born near the southern Pamlico Sound where fishing, hunting, and surfing was an everyday part of life. Captain G. moved to Wilmington at 7 years old but still spent a tremendous amount of time with his dad and grandad on the waters of the Pamlico Sound, and Cape Lookout to Cape Fear inshore and offshore fishing.

In Wrightsville Beach, With a week of rain starting last thursday, its been dreary and the water has looked like chocolate milk. We are hoping this weather breaks and we. In Wrightsville Beach we have been working extra hard to find some good redfish, flounder and Spanish mackerel when we can get off the beach.

We fish the marsh flats, bays, channels, and out 2 miles from shore. Sight fishing and casting artificial lures, live and cut bait, bottom fishing jetties and docks, or trolling near the beaches are the types of fishing we may do. Expecting to catch fish like Redfish, speckled trout, flounder, black drum, bonito, albacore, spanish and king mackerel, bluefish, and cobia, just to name a few.

We offer big water, scissor rig, duck hunting on the Pamlico Sound for Puddle Ducks and Diver Ducks. This is a hunt of a lifetime. We hunt hard from sunrise till 1 pm. A hunt you will never forget on the Big water of the Pamlico Sound out of Oriental NC. Call well in advance for reservations as we fill up and are booked out by June for the upcoming duck season.
