Pelvic Health Therapy
Our pelvic health therapy addresses chronic pelvic pain, organ prolapse, and musculoskeletal dysfunction through comprehensive assessment and treatment. We specialize in both male and female pelvic conditions, utilizing manual therapy techniques, biofeedback training, and targeted exercise programs. Patients receive personalized care plans focusing on restoring normal pelvic floor function and improving quality of life through non-invasive interventions.
Post-Surgical Rehabilitation
We provide specialized rehabilitation for post-operative patients recovering from pelvic, abdominal, and orthopedic surgeries. Our program addresses movement impairments, scar tissue management, and functional restoration through individualized treatment plans. Therapists work closely with patients to correct compensatory movement patterns and restore optimal physical function following procedures like prostatectomy, prolapse repair, and joint replacements.
Bladder Dysfunction Treatment
Our bladder dysfunction program treats conditions like urinary incontinence, retention, and interstitial cystitis without immediate reliance on medication or surgery. Through pelvic floor muscle retraining, behavioral modifications, and biofeedback therapy, patients learn to regain control over bladder function and reduce symptoms of urgency, frequency, and nocturia through evidence-based, non-invasive approaches.
Telehealth Services
Our telehealth platform delivers personalized pelvic health care through secure virtual consultations. Patients receive individualized self-care instruction, progress monitoring, and treatment plan adjustments from their home environment. This service accommodates patients with mobility challenges, busy schedules, or those requiring continued care during public health restrictions while maintaining the same high standard of therapeutic intervention.
Chronic Pain Management
We specialize in managing chronic musculoskeletal pain conditions affecting the pelvis, spine, and extremities. Our approach combines postural re-education, movement pattern analysis, and nervous system regulation techniques to address conditions like fibromyalgia, neuropathy, and post-cancer treatment pain. I had not heard of pelvic floor therapy until I mentioned some issues I was having with my doctor and she recommended Motivate to me. I also had never thought of there being muscles in the pelvic floor area and that their tightness or looseness could cause issues in that area as well as lack of blood flow. I am very optimal health-oriented so decided to check out their services and I was very impressed and learned a lot and got better! The owner is wonderful and very enthusiastic and giving. I worked with several therapists and they were all great-supportive, patient and good at explaining. They
