Freshly scrambled eggs and your choice of smoked meats inside of a 14 griddled flour tortilla. Locally baked bolillo toasted and stuffed with Hatch Mac, your choice of protein and salsas! Location is a tad cramped feeling but other then that the food was good and the coffee wasn't too bad either. It's hard to put into words how much of a local treasure Muchachos is.
