Owners Dave and Jill Scott founded their original venture, Capitol Art, in a basement just outside of Washington DC. Through the (30+) Air Force years, Capitol Art moved with them to Frankfurt Germany, Leavenworth Kansas, Apollo Beach Florida (1988), Cambridge England, Montgomery Alabama, Ft. Walton Beach, The Panama Canal, Little Rock Arkansas and then back to Tampa where they re-opened Hoffman Porges Gallery in Historic Ybor City.
