I should be receiving a full refund it shouldnt take this long to receive the refund for a room I canceled for Covid reason and its been 4 months to even hear from the hotel and for thats matter booking.com when I canceled the reservation the same day this is the worst costumer service ever

I was expecting much more for what they were charging per night. I was charged $140 for a less than satisfactory cleaned room.. I already arrived and had no other choice but to stay there because of my schedule and meeting in the area. I expected much more just because I read some of the reviews on Yelp and Google and was hoping for the best despite of what the pictures look like from the outside from the outside. I have found a less than satisfactory cleaned cleaned room setup. I had to request toilet paper roll for the bathroom, clean towels that still were not clean and had stains on them,
