Fisherman's Cafe
There's a certain, unmistakable familiarity you'll feel the moment you arrive at the Fisherman's Cafe. And whether you're a native conch or you're just stopping by for a visit, you'll experience a noticeable sense of nostalgia, a feeling that perhaps you've been here before. Here, you'll relish the flavors of Old Key West, as you indulge in classics like Harvey's Johnny Cake smothered in cheese grits, peel and eat pink shrimp and our flavorful steak and egg sandwich.

But no matter which items on our menu become your favorite, you'll taste the quality of our wholesome ingredients, the richness of our fresh ground coffee and the succulence of our just-caught fish, shrimp, lobster and conch - each one paying homage to a simpler time, a slower pace and an authentic island experience in Old Town Key West.Rice or Lettuce with Warm Tortillas, Black Beans, Jalapeno, Avocado, Pico De Gallo, Sour Cream, Cilantro.

History
Report
During the early 1970s and for nearly two decades, the original Fisherman's Cafe was a local hangout where fishermen came to swap stories and get the news of the day, to find out where the best fishing was and even who was looking for work. It was a simple place and a simple time. The Vega family, owners of the restaurant, knew all the locals by name and often had their orders ready for them even before they sat down.
