We used LCS Residential for a complete renovation on our grandparents 1960s home. LCS gutted to the studs, everything is brand new except the brick walls. They did an awesome job, and I absolutely love my new home. I would especially like to thank Randy and Matt, who stayed on schedule (finished the job in a little over 3 months), answered all our questions, easily made changes when it was not exactly as we expected, and stayed within our quote (no unexpected expenditures). I normally don't write a review for people I do work for it's usually the opposite but these guys are outstanding to do work for.i never have to worry about getting paid from them.i wish I could say that about all my contractors.i even missed sending them an invoice and Ronnie called me to check on it.most people would have thought well he didn't send it so I shouldn't worry about paying it. It's called honesty, character and integrity which I believe Randy,Matt and Ronnie all possess. Great company. Great guys.
