Good and careful place, serving cookies while you wait, used to be alo coffee before covid. Comfortable waiting room. No need to wait on your car outside. It is on the upper end of the car wash range, but it is worth it. I buy the coupon book. It saves a little money.

This is my go-to car wash. Everyone is so professional and polite and they do as great job as well. Cesar is sure to go the extra mile to make sure my van comes out looking great and the woman at the front desk is always friendly and social-able. This is the car wash to go to in the Pasadena area. -Mom of 5 who always brings a pretty serious mess of a van

The wash was fine but I had some hard water spots on the window and they made no effort to get it off. I was a little disappointed. It felt rushed although they were not super busy.

I always bring my car here. Everyone is friendly and professional. I have a light-colored dog and dark-colored upholstery, but they do a great job vacuuming and making my car fresh and clean. The waiting area is clean with indoor (w/ a/c) and outdoor space. Service is quick but thorough. I highly recommend coming here!

I went with the Platinum Wash last week with an add on service. The add-on service was done well and professionally; the wash however was lackluster. There were streaks of water on the hood and roof like someone used an air compressor to blow water out of the cracks but didn't dry off the water that splashed out.
Windows were not cleaned to the edges so their is an inch or so of hazy translucence around the bottom. At $20 it might have been ok, but as a $40 service.

Luckily my job will cover this bill but I had a basic wash for $22.99 and I had to get out my cleaning wipes and clean the exterior and some of the interior because as you can see they didn't even bother to vacuum the trunk. I noticed a nick on my rear bumper which I don't recall seeing before... Hmmm. Apparently I should have read the reviews rather than stopping in for a very mediocre wash. The nice thing they did though was drive me to my studio because I lost my debit card last night and I had to retrieve my method of payment since they don't take Samsung pay.
