Originally from Helsinki, Finland, Irina received her Associates Degree in Journalism and PR from Long Beach City College. Prior to relocating to the United States, Irina rode for the Finnish National Equestrian Team, participating and winning numerous prestigious competitions. In August of 2018, Irina joined our firm as an Administrative Assistant handling office tasks such as filing, assembling tax returns, mailing and more.

Ken Creal was born and raised in the South Bay, and also raised his family in the area. In 1975, he graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. Upon graduating, Ken was employed for several years with a Big Eight firm as a Senior Auditor, responsible for all facets of audit engagements including planning, supervision and financial reporting.
