I actually spoke with Ben after having already chose a lender for a potential mortgage. His kindness, eagerness to help, and the fact that he seem incredibly genuine made me want to switch to his company. Even when mentioned that I was using another company he was not only kind but actually wanted to help make sure that they gave me the best deal possible.
