Long Term Care

We provide Long Term Care services including both private and semi-private rooms and specialty accommodations for the bariatric community. Transportation is provided to and from medical appointments made by the facility. We make sure our residents are kept busy with a wide variety of social activities and other options available for them to enjoy.

The Activity Directors at Legacy Heights assess resident needs and develop individualized activity plans.
