Our facility includes more than 6000 square feet for entertaining. The custom crafted 4,000 square foot barn is climate controlled for comfort in all seasons. Outside a 2000 square foot landscaped outdoor patio opens into the oversized sliding barn doors so guests can mingle in or out.

Your date is reserved with a signed rental agreement and down payment. Until both are received, your date is considered open. Please contact us so we can check your date availability and email you a copy of our rental agreement. 4 Points Farm is conveniently located off of Birds Creek Rd., just a 10 or 15 minute drive with no steep roads, back to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, or Sevierville.
