To keep your meat purchases fresh at home, please use or freeze within 48 hours of purchase to ensure the highest quality you expect. Our sell by dates are only guaranteed in optimal meat case environment. Home refrigerators run warmer than our equipment and that can reduce shelf life. SPERA'S will NOT refund or exchange the product after 48 hours.
