The initial cleaning always takes longer to perform a thorough detailed cleaning of all the areas in your home. In the maintenance cleaning some of these tasks may be rotated (Such as interior windows, crevicing edges of carpeted areas, moving heavier pieces of furniture) Additionally some areas such as shower tiles may require several processes initially to meet our standard of cleaning.

Hired Mini Maids to clean my vacant rental property after my tenant had moved out. Upon coming back to check out the job, I realized that barely anything in the condo had been cleaned. Sinks were clearly not cleaned, the showers weren't even touched - this was very obvious due to the fact there was still hair on the shower wall (gross detail, but made it very apparent the shower wasn't cleaned). The hardwood floor on the first floor had shoe marks, showing that the floor was not washed. I forgot to leave a check for them prior to them getting there so I stopped over and paid cash while

I had my home cleaned from Mini-Maids last month and wanted to write of what a great job the ladies did. They were thorough of where they cleaned and paid attention to the details. Also, very professional and very easy going. They were very accommodating to my schedule and worked with me in regards to my 3 dogs. Highly recommend their service.
