Miami Valley Recovery's mission is to offer clients outpatient services that promote long-term recovery and provides the tools necessary to reconstruct their lives free from alcohol and drugs. Miami Valley Recovery will set the standard in SUD treatment. Miami Valley Recovery believes viewing drug addiction as a disease rather than a character flaw.
Statistics show that with a combination of medication (Suboxone(R), Subutex(R), VIVITROL(R)) in conjunction with therapy and case management services, long term recovery has a much better success rate. Prescription drugs, opioids, and heroin are at an all time high for abuse. In Ohio, 8 people die per day due to unintentional drug overdoses.

Our program blends traditional psychotherapy and adjunctive modalities including: Individual and group therapies, relapse prevention, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). We provide specialty groups that include: Gender specific, Grief, WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan), Pregnancy, Forgiveness, and Life Skills.
