I worked with Vanessa Ortiz vanessa.ortiz@freewayinsurance.com at this location. I had the absolute worse experience with her. I should have known by how pushy she was being from the start. I really needed insurance ASAP and the price that she was offering wasn't that bad. The down payment was crazy but the payments weren't that bad. We talked about a certain document that I needed, Vanessa let me know it was included and that they would send it to the DMV for me once we completed everything. She said if I added my bank information my payments would be $5 cheaper so I gave her my bank

I was looking for a new insurance policy so I could obtain a lower payment and out of all the big insurance companies, Vanessa was able to get the job done for me saving me about $80 monthly even with my policy having roadside assistance.
