Make your infusions (teas) strong using up to 1 ounce of herb or herb blend per quart of water and let steep for at least 4 hours or overnight. Strain, refrigerate and drink 2-4 cups daily. Anti-viral herb extracts (1 dropperful once a day for prevention or 2-3 times per day if you have the flu). Our apprentice program is a wonderful opportunity to grow your herbal knowledge to the next level. As an apprentice, you will be working with our customers who come into the herb shop. Helping our customers with their health questions and concerns is an amazing way to improve your herbal knowledge in real life situations.
