The session consists of three parts: pre-talk/interview, hypnosis itself, and post-talk and may take up to 4 - 5 hours depending on the length of each part, which varies between individuals. It's kind of ironic but many of my clients who at first doubted their ability to be hypnotized, in fact were able to go under the trance pretty easily.
